Customer Service Training Program

The WEA Academy has worked with The Studer Group to develop a Customer Service Training for K-12 educators and school districts.  Currently, the Academy is looking for up to six school districts interested in receiving this type of training during the pilot phase of the program's implementation.  If you are interested in having this training delivered in your district, please contact the WEA Academy Director, John Fischer at fischerj@weac.org.
